With more than 20 years of experience in executive leadership, financial management, and entrepreneurship in the healthcare technology space, Lisa is an engaging and driven leader.

Jack York, iN2L’s fearless Co-Founder, has earned a respected reputation in senior living for his charismatic, mission-driven approach in building an organization around the idea that it’s never too late for a fulfilling life. The impetus for what became iN2L was a philanthropic idea to donate computers to assisted living communities and nursing homes in Southern California. With Jack’s tenured background in Silicon Valley as a strategic sales leader, he saw a vast potential in fostering these connections between seniors and the outside world, but also saw that conventional technology was too difficult for most older adults to use in a meaningful way. So he decided to find a way to make technology accessible for all levels of physical and cognitive ability.
Jack is a sought-after national and international speaker on technology being used to create personalized experiences that engage and connect older adults to their loved ones and the world at large, specifically individuals with dementia.
An accomplished C-Suite Executive, Skip Hanson brings 30 years of driving growth, productivity, and transformation in customer experience and technology to his role as Chief Operating Officer of iN2L. Through heart-based leadership, Skip enjoys building and leading teams that value the input, strengths, and intelligence of all, creating stronger communities, smart organizations, and healthy cultures.

As the Co-Founder and CEO of LifeLoop, an operational platform that focuses on lifestyle management and resident engagement that connects families, residents, and staff, Amy Johnson joined the executive team following iN2L’s acquisition of LifeLoop. In her role as Chief Strategy Officer of the combined organization, Amy oversees initiatives driven by the Marketing and Product teams to continually develop and provide innovative solutions for the senior living industry.
Prior to LifeLoop, Amy spent 11 years in the insurance industry specializing in sales, marketing, and account management. In 2019, Amy was selected as an Argentum Senior Living Leader Under 40. She was also selected as Entrepreneur of the Year in Omaha in 2018. Amy has a Bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Science from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln.
With 25 years of experience and success in leading finance and strategy for high-growth healthcare SaaS companies, Rachel Vincion brings an extensive operational background that drives long-term value for organizations. Most recently, she increased enterprise value by 40% for PlayMaker Health, where she also spearheaded three investment banking processes and oversaw the successful acquisition of a major competitor. In her role as iN2L + LifeLoop’s Chief Financial Officer, Rachel will be pivotal in helping the Executive Leadership Team define the future direction for continued strategic growth.

Dylan Conley serves as iN2L’s VP of Technology, leading the engineering teams and overseeing the development of our industry-leading solution. Prior to joining iN2L, Dylan spent nearly a decade with Oracle Corporation, where he held several key roles in the Cloud Applications division, driving the delivery of enterprise software. An accomplished innovator, Dylan holds multiple patents in the software space.
Dylan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from Marquette University.

Tim Jones brings nearly two decades of healthcare sales experience including a heavy concentration in senior living and post-acute care to his role as VP of Sales for iN2L. He is responsible for leading revenue growth and sales strategy and process for the organization. Tim is a high performing and entrepreneurial Sales Leader with a proven track record of igniting dramatic gains in sales growth, team performance, and client retention.
Tim holds a Master of Business Administration from Alfred University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Mansfield University.
Chief of Staff
As iN2L’s Chief of Staff, Bryan Moynihan leads various cross-functional strategic initiatives to drive the company’s growth and operational excellence. Bryan also leads iN2L’s Business Operations and Strategy team and provides support to the CEO and Executive Leadership team through tactical project management and execution. Prior to joining iN2L, Bryan worked in private equity at Elm Park Capital, a software and HCIT-focused investment fund.
Bryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
