Navin Gupta is the CEO of iN2L + LifeLoop. Navin joins iN2L + LifeLoop with more than two decades of experience in different domains, including healthcare, security, and telecommunication. His expertise includes an interdisciplinary background in business and technology.
He most recently served as Senior Vice President of ResMed SaaS leading the combined MatrixCare and HEALTHCAREfirst Home and Hospice software and service businesses. He brings a proven track record of growth and execution leading the business to KLAS wins for three years in a row.
Prior, he held technical and management positions with Philips Healthcare, United Technologies, and Siemens at various locations in India, Germany, and USA. Navin holds an MBA from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University, a Master’s Degree in Information Systems from Florida State University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangalore University in India.
Co-Founder & Strategic Advisor
Jack York, iN2L’s fearless Co-Founder and Strategic Advisor, has earned a respected reputation in senior living for his charismatic, mission-driven approach to building an organization around the idea that it’s never too late for a fulfilling life. The impetus for what became iN2L was a philanthropic idea to donate computers to assisted living communities and nursing homes in Southern California. With Jack’s tenured background in Silicon Valley as a strategic sales leader, he saw a vast potential in fostering these connections between seniors and the outside world, but also saw that conventional technology was too difficult for most older adults to use in a meaningful way. So he decided to find a way to make technology accessible for all levels of physical and cognitive ability.
Jack is a sought-after national and international speaker on technology being used to create personalized experiences that engage and connect older adults to their loved ones and the world at large, specifically individuals with dementia.
Chief Revenue Officer
As Chief Revenue Officer, Marcus will oversee the company’s sales functions with a focus on driving revenue growth. An accomplished executive with over 20 years of sales leadership experience, he has consistently demonstrated success in increasing top-line revenue, rapid organizational growth, and applying strategic thought leadership to improve sales outcomes. His passion for developing winning strategies has led to deep, long-lasting relationships with clients across the post-acute space. Prior to joining iN2L + LifeLoop, Marcus held senior sales leadership roles for organizations such as Pitney-Bowes, BCC Software, WellSky, and CitusHealth by ResMed.
Chief Marketing Officer
In her role as Chief Marketing Officer, Bernadette is responsible for strategic marketing, both planning and execution, that drives revenue growth for iN2L + LifeLoop’s industry-leading solutions. Bernadette is an experienced marketing executive with demonstrated success across SaaS-based healthcare IT, medical devices and supplies, consumer electronics, and scientific instruments. She has worked with organizations from start-ups, mid-market, and Fortune 500 global companies. Prior to iN2L + LifeLoop, Bernadette was the VP of Marketing for ResMed’s SaaS business, where she was responsible for all aspects of marketing across a broad portfolio of cloud-based SaaS solutions that served the entire post-acute care continuum.
Bernadette graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
Chief Technology Officer
Dylan Conley serves as iN2L + LifeLoop’s CTO, leading the engineering teams and overseeing the development of our industry-leading solution. Prior to joining iN2L + LifeLoop, Dylan spent nearly a decade with Oracle Corporation, where he held several key roles in the Cloud Applications division, driving the delivery of enterprise software. An accomplished innovator, Dylan holds multiple patents in the software space.
Dylan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from Marquette University.
Chief of Staff
As iN2L + LifeLoop’s Chief of Staff, Bryan Moynihan leads various cross-functional strategic initiatives to drive the company’s growth and operational excellence. Bryan also leads iN2L + LifeLoop’s Business Operations and Strategy team and provides support to the CEO and Executive Leadership team through tactical project management and execution. Prior to joining iN2L + LifeLoop, Bryan worked in private equity at Elm Park Capital, a software and HCIT-focused investment fund.
Bryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
Chief Customer Officer
As CCO, Paula brings more than twenty years of experience in enterprise technology, including supply chain, data management, and telecommunication to iN2L + LifeLoop.
Paula is a Customer Success executive leader with over a decade of CS experience leading high-performance, data-driven, post-sales customer success teams. She most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success for the global CPaaS company Sinch, where she developed the strategy and created teams centered on onboarding, customer success, and operations during their hyper-growth phase of $800M to $1.8B in revenue. Having developed her career over 25+ years from individual account manager roles to customer success and then into CS leadership, she is truly passionate about helping customers achieve value through customer success.
Paula has her Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications from Louisiana State University and professional certifications in leadership training and business protocol.
Chief Financial Officer
Alejandro is the Interim CFO of iN2L + LifeLoop. Alejandro is a no-boundaries executive with experience creating urgency and accountability within cross-functional groups using data, metrics, and process discipline. He has over 20 years of experience driving value creation through operational excellence.
Alejandro is part of the Core Business Operations practice of the Vista Consulting Group (VCG), which is the consulting partner for Vista Equity Partners, and focuses on implementing repeatable processes and best practices that target revenue growth and efficiencies to create bottom-line impact. Before returning to VCG, Alejandro had a dual role as CBDO and CFO at Opie Software, a healthcare technology software company, where he oversaw all financial, sales, and business development operations, in addition to relationship management of industry partners.
Alejandro holds a BA in Mathematics from Cornell University and an MS in Management of Information Systems from the Lally School of Management and Technology at RPI.
