iN2L is searching for a Customer Success Manager to handle a special segment of our clients – those that are recipients of CMP grants. Reporting directly to the Director of Customer Success, this role is focused on cultivating relationships and becoming the ultimate trusted advisor of our CMP grant customers. You’ll be responsible for the overall health and success of the grant as well as our customers’ satisfaction.
