The iNSPIRE Project is a recently-announced initiative by the LeadingAge California foundation to implement the iN2L technology program in skilled nursing facilities across the state. This project is the first of its kind in California. To support the project, the iNSPIRE Project Customer Success Manager (CSM)  advises project participants on how to achieve the project’s goals and their overall objectives, guiding them to continually elevate their integration of iN2L into their community programming and daily workflow. Responsible for customer satisfaction and retention, the CSM provides implementation support with an emphasis on time to value.  The CSM quickly establishes a value-based relationship with iNSPIRE participants, and as a trusted partner, ensures their optimization of the iN2L Program. The CSM reports to the Director of Customer Success.
