What is it we still don’t get about engagement?
Years ago (way before we got hammered by COVID), when I’d read something like, “we encourage engagement” on assisted living websites, I’ll admit I had a hard time wrapping my head around it. It sounded good, but … Then a lot of things happened.
And then came COVID, and boom! It woke us up to just how critical engagement is. We were all craving to connect to each other and to the things we needed to keep our sanity.
