Scott Smith has been in the field of education since 2001. He taught high school social studies to both college prep and at-risk students and worked in the juvenile correctional systems, teaching life and coping skills to the young men serving time. Scott joined iN2L and made the move to adult education as a trainer in 2012. As a trainer, he has instructed over 300 communities across the country on how to effectively utilize iN2L’s engaging technology to better care for the residents of senior living. As the Director of Implementation he leads the team that guides communities in the adoption of the iN2L program within their community. Scott attended The Ohio State University and has a Bachelors of Science in Education from Ashland University.
