Susan Tournie is an experienced Sales Leader and senior executive who works to create success for her team, peers, clients, and organization by leveraging over twenty years’ experience in healthcare and technology solution sales. Susan is known for creating sales processes that allow sales organizations to routinely meet and exceed sales targets.
Susan’s industry experience has been focused within the dental, orthodontic and medical/healthcare industries, where she has leveraged her knowledge in consulting, start-up and technology-based engagements. Susan has a proven track record in leading sales organizations to exceed sales targets by applying her expertise in lead generation, KPI management, funnel management, sales forecasting, sales coaching, sales onboarding and training, and sales processes to create a repeatable and predictable approach to sales goal-oriented growth.
Susan’s background includes business-to-business as well as direct-to-consumer selling and sales leadership experience. In her previous role at West Corporation as Vice President of Sales, Susan served on a cross-functional leadership team to drive organizational goals as well as directed the Regional Sales Management team in leading and coaching a team of 40 individual contributors. Susan’s role within West continually grew in responsibility during her 12-year tenure within the business, from individual contributor to overseeing the entire sales organization and membership on the executive team.
Susan’s current role at iN2L is focused on building a national sales team from both new and tenured sales talent to expand the senior living client base with an emphasis on Enterprise and Regional Sales growth. Susan is currently prioritizing recruitment and onboarding, along with training and coaching, to a predictable sales cycle process to increase sales order growth and funnel goal attainment. Susan will arm the sales team with internal company expertise and industry knowledge, while building relationships to strengthen the business to benefit both the client’s and iN2L’s long term goals. Susan’s varied background – as a buyer of technology solutions, a goal-oriented solution seller, and sales leader – is anticipated to be an essential asset to iN2L.
